Jackie is one of the people who tries to answer enquiry emails and helps new volunteers through the registration system.

Her favourite enquiries to date are whether we could “register a rabbit” and whether she “had a good recipe for Yorkshire Pudding.” (The answer to each was ‘no’).

She volunteers in schools, a hospice and a library with her lurcher, Jem.
